I would also like to add that a teacher plays an equally important role in this context. Many a leader was born out of the inspiring words of his / her Guru. The confidence she gives from her gentle and persuasive talk is invaluable. Along with my parents and I am grateful for having had my education under such selfless teachers though I may not be a leader in the true sense.
