Founded in 2005 by Sadhguru, the Isha Foundation school strives to incorporate his educational approach into its day-to-day teaching process.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Physical education is one of the central activities at Isha Foundation School and is delivered by a team of dedicated teachers. Students participate in daily morning jogging, and in athletics and evening team games, such as, cricket, football, volleyball, throwball, kho-kho yoga, martial arts and kabbadi. Students participate in a wide variety of intra-school events which culminate in the very popular Annual Sports Day event.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
