Hi! I am Ashish. I graduated from IIT Madras with a degree in Computer Science but more importantly, an undiluted love for Math and Science. I have been mentoring and training students in Math/Physics and Chemistry for the last 5 years. Students come to me to prepare for JEE / Maths Olympiads / ISI / KVPY and several other competitive exams, and hopefully leave with a better understanding of their strengths and weaknesses and a passion for the subject. I believe that you can truly learn a subject only by problem-solving, not from an exam orientation but with the goal of figuring out why things are the way they are! I like to discuss subjects from first principles. A historical, grounds-up approach to concepts can sometimes help in clearing up the cobwebs in our students' minds. I love learning and I am constantly exploring new topics, solving problems. Ultimately learning Maths and Science is a life-long process and I hope every student of mine is imbued with that same spirit!
