Shalini Gauba, The Honorary Director Principal and Founder of the iDiscoveri Preschool Sector 46 , is an alumni of the Holy Child School in New Delhi and after doing her Graduation from Miranda House, Delhi University went on to do her M.A and then her Bachelors in Education. She then after working in various schools, as a Teacher and then Head Mistress, opened a Preschool by the name of Tender Steps in NarainaVihar, New Delhi. In the year 2005, she got an opportunity to buy this Educational Institutional Plot and after making it Brick by Brick opened the IDISCOVERI PRESCHOOL on the 07th day of July in the year 2007.(07-07-07). 1. Shalini Gauba - has done innovative work in the areas of school curriculum, teacher education, leadership and creativity and specialises in curriculum development. 2. Her work has focused on the role of play in enhancing children's problem solving, and cooperative learning skills. 3. She also has diverse management and leadership experience . She is passionate about education change, with diverse experiences in innovation, marketing and project management.
