Founder & Administrator of Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, University of Delhi – a College known for yielding best commerce scholars of the Country. He guided & worked for Examination Cell for CBSE, Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Banking Services Recruitment Board of India. He also worked for Ministry of Education, Government of India, for its project on Rural Higher Education for about a decade. Also, he conducted a seminar on Rural Urban Change in India, organized by Acron University, Ohio, United States, in the Year 1973.
