The St. Peter's High School, Virar (E) is managed and run by ""Samson Educational and Charitable Trust"" (Regd.) which is formed to promote quality education and to provide other public charitable services to the needy and deserving pople. The Trust is registered with the Charity Commissioners Office, Thane under Bombay Public Trust Act 1950. The Trustees are thorough educationists, and are well versed with the day-to-day developments in the field of education. All of them are ever ready to put their heart and soul for the upkeeping of this temple of learning which would enlighten the intellectual, moral and spiritual thinking of innumerable children in the years to come.
