"Vikas Vidyalaya was established at Ranchi (Jharkhand) by Manav Vikas Vidyalaya Trust, Kolkata. Each hostel is under the personal care and supervision of a Hostel Superintendent who looks into every small need of a student including clothing, health, hygiene, cleanliness, laundry etc. Filtered drinking water is provided in the hostels.
