The foundation of SKEI - Smt. Kamalabai Educational Institution was laid by a visionary philanthropist and entrepreneur, Dharmaprakash Sri Rao Bahadur Thiruvengadaswamy Mudaliar in the year 1931. His vision to educate and flourish the lives of children irrespective of their gender or class led to a proud lineage of the school over several years.
