DPS RK Puram is the second school by DPS Society in Delhi after DS Mathura Road. This branch of DPS was founded in 1972. The DPS Society is a non-profit, non-proprietary, private educational organisation. This Global Network of over 200 English medium co-educational, secular schools provides education from Pre-nursery/ Nursery to class XII. The DPS family – with its transcontinental identity, is not merely a list of institutions, persons or facts: it is a network of values, systems and relationships.

 

At Delhi Public School, R.K. Puram, Education for Life, Excellence in Education and Commitment to a meaningful Education are of prime importance. Quality education is provided to each and every child. DPS believes that love for education should be developed for children in the initial years and conditions should be created for them to pursue a positive approach in life.

A unidirectional teaching method is being increasingly substituted by a multi directional group workshop method. Here the teacher becomes the group co-coordinator initiating work, nurturing students without the phobia of examinations and homework. Emphasis is on development of oral and written expression. Home assignments are not a carry-over of classwork but oriented towards honing individual talents. The schools follows CBSE board teaching students from grade 6 to grade 12. Its a co-educational school.

Education today has broken the four walls of a classroom. To foster this, Scottish High believes that children should be provided with ample opportunity to explore and learn. Through camps and trips with destinations overseas as well, our children learn to fly high and explore the world.

To sharpen the inbound skills in students, the school has established hobby clubs.  Each club has an identity, style and agenda of its own.

He then joined Educomp to setup and manage Educomp fledging sales team in south India and was instrumental in reorganising the Smart class operations. He has great knowledge of conceptualising & operating the Customer Connect Initiative of Smartclass business, a captive BPO managing Customer Lifecycle, renewals, Revenue assurance, Lead generation, Cross Sell & Upsell as well as CSAT for the entire Smart class business
