To foster global mindedness and instill values of respecting diversity, empathy, tolerance, personal integrity, open-mindedness and cooperation.

Building Infrastructure

The school’s 9.15 acre campus offers state-of-the-art academic and sports facilities. They include modern classrooms, conference hall, and contemporary laboratories for physics, chemistry, and biology and computer science. The laboratories located over two floors are also equipped with computers with internet access and LCD projectors. The library offers several thousand volumes and subscribes to all leading newspapers, magazines and non-print resources and storage. Informal reading spaces and special reading cubicles are provided. The library also has a study research area containing all the latest reference material with computers and wi-fi Internet facilities. The computer lab has a student to computer ratio of 1:1. Students can access the multi-media centre, enabled with multi-modal teaching and multi-sensory learning facilities. Slides and overhead projectors, sound and video systems and networked computers integrating sound, animation, text, graphics and images are available. The health centre is open throughout the working hours of the school with a doctor on call and two separate wards for girls and boys in case treatment requires bed rest. General health check is conducted annually for all students by pediatricians from Narayana Hrudalaya, Bangalore. Reports of the health check are conveyed to parents in case the students need treatment. EISB also provides a cafeteria and a tuck shop which serves a wide variety of snacks and beverages. The entire campus is protected from fire hazards and has a generator for alternate power supply.

Safety, Security & Hygiene

We focus and implement our safety and security system for better safe place. We have three gates, one is used for regular movement and others when required. We have 22 security staff to protect men, material, assets and information of the institution.A dedicated staff for monitoring the CCTV at command centre. We have PA system to announce and to alert when required, VMS (visitor management system) to record visitor and vendor movement. EISB has dedicated security staff for boys and girls boarding for round the clock, security for classroom, gate and permitted and surrounding area. Record maintaining for every movement. We conduct fire and evacuation drill for student and staff's. We do practice and training for security staff on fire and safety training (Ex. Fire control and extinguish, emergency respond, risk management, parking, behaviour, roles and responsibilities etc.) We keep all the starircases free from hazards. We have safety net for the academic buidling. All the electrical panels are locked and distance from students reach. All the security equipments are servicable. We do proper patrolling for unwanted incidents and minimise the risk. All the chemical are kept safely and in locked condition. Child safety, Swimming pool safety. We strictly follow the No Touch / No Corporal Punishment Policy.
