They also indulge themselves in handwriting, essay, drawing, etc. which improves their writing skill. Assembly prayer is also part of cocurricular education as it teaches students discipline and moral values. Students are exposed to National Level competitions like INMUN where they can interact with students from different parts of the country, also they understand and analyse the happenings around the world. This develops their leadership skills, team integrity and coordination skills, Ryanites are provided with opportunities to participate in BBN, Journalism and Young Director’s courses which sharpen their thinking and expose them to real experience of news production.
Sports:Ryan International School believes that sports teach children values and builds character. The school is known for its sports facilities and achieved several laurels in Sports over the years. Every year we conduct Ryan Minithon in which more than 30 schools participate and express their sportsmanship. We do host and participate in Inter-School competitions within our Ryan schools and across the state at all levels in various games. Annual Sports Day is celebrated every year. We also host State Level ICSE Football Tournament Organized by KISA, where more than 200 schools across the state participate. Various sport activities are encouraged at our school which includes cricket, football, throw ball, shuttle Badminton, swimming and athlete events. Swimming is compulsory for all the students and is taught by qualified and experienced instructors. The annual aquatic meet is held with due solemnity. Students take part in various external competitions also and win many prizes.
