We have found that you provide a supportive and happy environment for children to develop.
As a parent, I always felt that I was able to talk to the staff regarding my sons progress and any issues.
Some teachers are really great and go above and beyond to help their students learn and they genuinely enjoy their job and the subject they teach. However there are some teachers who don't know what they are doing and are extremely set in their ways and won't be flexible in order to help students.
We are happy with the communication and support the staff provide.
All staff and key workers gave me lots of feedback and support, all this help and regular feedback has helped my son progress.
The reports are very well laid out. Really help gie an idea on how well my child is progressing.
