United World Academy (UWA) in association with Repton School, U.K., brings to India a truly international school serving the local and international community of Bangalore. Repton School was established in 1557 and is one of the UK’s most famous independent schools with a strong network of international schools. We aim to be a visionary and outward-looking centre of excellence, rooted in the best traditions of British education, whilst simultaneously reflecting the energy and vibrancy of India. Situated on a 35-acre site on the Whitefield Sarjapura Road in Bangalore, the campus boasts state-of-the-art facilities with buildings that have been constructed with environmental considerations in mind. The result is, that UWA is India’s only EDGE certified school (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies). The school will follow a curriculum framed around the English National Curriculum for students in Early Years, Primary and in Grades 6-8 and intends to offer Cambridge IGCSE and the International Baccalaureate Diploma for students in Grades 9-12 from 2022 onwards.
