PanchShila Montessori School was set up by the PanchShila Cooperative House Building Society Ltd in 1973. It is one of the oldest Pre- School in South Delhi located in Panch Shila Park, near Panch Shila Club, New Delhi. Ms. Sujata Sundaresan , Former Principal MMI Pre-school along with Ms. Radhika Kumar and MMI team of teachers have taken over the operations of PanchShila Montessori School. The School campus is spread over one acre. It has ample grounds and greenery which brings children close to nature. PanchShila School follows the Montessori Method of teaching, scientifically developed and designed by Dr. Maria Montessori. Montessori is a method where children learn based on self-directed activity, collaborative play and hands-on learning. They also make new discoveries with the materials that are offered to them. Montessori Method guides each student to become curious, lifelong learners, ethically and morally responsible citizens. All our Facilitators are Montessori trained and experienced. The PanchShila team has invaluable experience in Innovative Teaching Methods, Interactive Curriculum, Teaching Resources for class and students. Blending rich tradition with progressive teaching methods. Our vision is to make Panchshila Montessori School a niche school by controlling Student - Teacher Ratio according to class size.
