Narmada High School was founded in the year 1995. Now under the Shambhunath Sreemany Memorial Trust, the school is affiliated to the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education & West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education. Mr. Debdutta Sreemany, Secretary, Narmada High School and Founder-Director, Pathfinder Education Centre cherished a dream to provide a platform to brilliant and meritorious students of West Bengal in the form of - Gateway to Engineering and Medical Programme and help the aspirants of class-XI to be toppers in their Board examination as well as to crack the National level Entrance Exams like IIT-JEE, AIEEE, NEET (Med.), AIIMS & AFMC, etc. There are no more gurukuls in India and there is still a void that has left the need for a guru like Dronacharya who can train a disciple so well that inspite of being blind folded he can still hit the fish's eye. Narmada is one of its kind of Gurukul where the student comes as an uncut diamond, and is polished by his gurus to be able to crack the National level Engineering or Medical Examination.
