Online & Phone Enquiry
Enquiries from the website & phone are fed onto an enquiry tracker sheet.
A telephonic introductory call with parents to Understanding the requirement from the parents (location, age of child & grade).
Inviting the parents to visit the Campus.
Walk-in Enquiry
Understanding the requirement from the parents (location, age of child & grade).
Once the above information is gathered they are fed onto an enquiry tracker sheet.
If the parents aren’t aware about the Montessori methodology, the admin team will explain the methodology to the parents.
Pre Interview Process Registration process
Parents that come in for inquiry are required to fill in an application form in the register, after the admin team has collected the Application fee of (Rs. 500/- per student).
Depending on the director’s availability the Application Register will be shown and the interview dates will be scheduled for parents who have registered with the school.
On the day of the scheduled interview (if the child is below 7) materials for the activity are to be placed in the director’s room based on the age group.
OR
On the day of the scheduled interview, the preliminary entrance tests for kids (age group from 7 and above) need to be conducted 1 hour prior to the interview with the director.
When the child is undergoing the Entrance test, a staff member is required to monitor the student Mandatory.
Post Interview Session Process
Management will take 3 days to let the parents know the status of the child’s admission into the school. (confirmed/ waitlisted or rejected)
The Admin team is required to issue the confirmation/ waitlist or rejection letter to the parents. (confirmation as a letter and waitlist/rejection as email) This information will be present on the tracker sheet/dashboard.
Along with ACCEPTANCE letter the Fee Deadline date for payment will also be emailed.
Post management confirmation on the child's admission, Parents are required to pay the fee and collect the receipt. lkIf no response from the parent, the admin team will follow up initially with a call followed by an email, post 5 days a follow up email will be sent out to know the status. This information will be entered in the tracker sheet. If there’s no reports then that info will be recorded.
Once the payment is made, a Admission / Welcome Letter is shared with the parents (via email & courier)
The admission letter will have the opening date of school for the child, which will or not coincide with the term opening dates.
The Admission Welcome letter will be signed by the Principal and Directors.
