Hostel Admission Procedure:Age as on April 1 of the year of Joining are as follows: Class Age Criterion VI 11 Years and cleared Class V VII 12 Years and cleared Class VI • Documents to be submitted for Student Registration for Entrance Assessment 1. Birth Certificate 2. One Passport size photo of the pupil 3. Copy of Aadhaar Card (pupil) 4. Report Card / Bonafide (Current Class & School) • Application Forms for Admission are available at the campus Admissions Office. • Applications will be accepted from students seeking entry only on seat availability. • Forms duly completed and submitted before admission: 1. Passport size photo of the pupil (6) 2. Passport size photos of the parent (1 each) 3. Copy of Aadhaar Card (both parents and pupil) 4. Copy of PAN Card of Parent 5. Report Card (Last Year's) 6. Birth Certificate 7. Medical Form 8. Undertakings duly signed. (All documents should be self attested) 9. Transfer Certificate from previous School. (NOTE: Transfer Certificate MUST be submitted before the Academic Session begins) Flow Chart of Admission Procedure Step 1 Enquiry form followed by Student Registration for Entrance Assessment. Step 2 Entrance Assessment as scheduled by Admissions Office. Step 3 Once the written, reading assessment and student interaction with the School Director / Academic Head is successfully cleared, the Admission Fee is to be deposited with the Accounts Office. Step 4 On receipt of the Admission Fee, the Admission Forms to be collected from the Admission Office. The duly filled in Admission Forms with all the documents to be submitted with the Admissions Office. The Office will then provide you with an appointment for parent interaction with The School Director. Step 5 Once the student clears the assessment, the Admissions Office will issue the Admission Offer Letter stating the timeline to deposit the requisite School fee. The Admission will be treated as confirmed on the successful completion of the above process. • Submission of Application Form does not guarantee admission. It will depend on seat availability. • Proficiency and Aptitude Assessments as per age group will be conducted once the candidate is registered. • Pupils who qualify the Assessment will be called for an interaction along with parents. The school prefers both parents to attend the interaction. • Post a successful interaction, an Offer Letter is sent to the selected candidate/s. • The Admission will be confirmed once the fee is paid within the time stipulated in the Offer Letter • The final decision on admitting the pupil rests with the School management. No claims in any case shall be entertained in this regard. Rules are subject to change at the discretion of the School. The admission of a child will mean a complete acceptance by the parent / guardian of all the School Rules in force or as amended from time to time. The School reserves the right for admission / re-admission.
