Good atmosphere to gain knowledge
College resources are good. But no time is allotted to the student to make use of them. No real parent involvement.
I would say that you lecturers are very flexible especially with the current pandemic.

It has few students ineach class and so there is space for in depth discussions in class, understanding the material through and through etc
