Admission Process Choosing a school for one’s child is a difficult decision. The question, “Is this the right place for my child?” would be uppermost in every parent’s mind. Vedic Lore values its philosophy and core beliefs and this philosophy, along with its implicit faith in the unique curriculum, should be of equal value to the parent, so that both the home and the school work together collaboratively. Every child is unique. We respect and value that each one learns in his/her own way, at his/her own pace and must be given the opportunity for this unique development. Alternatively, you can also write an email to [email protected] to receive an email copy of the application form. The same can be filled up and dropped at our school. Application fee of Rs.500/- can be paid at the school premises as well. Our Admissions Committee will review all applications received. Based on this review and the number of vacancies available, prospective parents will be requested to meet us for interaction along with their child. These dates will be communicated via email. Our admissions process is transparent. Selection is based entirely on vacancy and our ability to meet the needs of the child. All online forms are scrutinized by our Admissions Team, who then invite the parents along with their child/children for an interaction/dialogue before a final decision is taken. A date and time for interaction with the parent/s and the child are fixed and communicated via email (this is after the date for receipt of Online Forms has closed and we have reviewed all submitted applications). Scheduling of interactions could spread over two to three weeks. Decisions are communicated via email post the interactive session. A child is officially enrolled in our program when Vedic Lore has approved the admission, and the admission fee has been received. Please note that no applications are reviewed until after the application submission deadline has passed. This is to give all applicants a fair chance if they apply within the stipulated time frame. Once all forms have been reviewed, the Admissions Team fixes a time for interaction with the parents along with their child/children. This is not an ‘interview’ but an interaction which helps the team understand and see if we can best meet the needs of the child and also gauge whether the parents would be happy with the Vedic Lore philosophy and methodology.
